*Click on any image for a larger picture*I finally was able to share my favorite place in the world with Dan and the crew. Moody Beach Maine. All expectations were exceded. We stayed at my parents' cottage on the beach, the Dorothy Adelaide, and rented a 15 passenger van to tour New England.
We visited the New England Aquarium, Quincy Market Place, Salem, Massachussetts and the scary places there, Canobie Lake Park in Salem, MA and a ton of places in Maine. A few of the places we went to were Nubble Light House, Portland Head Light House, Flo's hot dog stand ( YUM!), Kennebunkport where George Bush Senior has a home, Route One outlet stores ( Alicia and Parker bought clothing for Nellie:), and so much more!
Moody Beach was fantastic. Ashlee and Matt were up every morning to watch the sun rise with Dan and I. They were astonished at the beauty of the beach and the ocean. Between Ashlee, Alicia, Whitney, and I we must have taken close to 3,000 pictures! Max is giving report on his Maine vacation at school tomorrow. I wish I could be there!
On Friday, October 23rd, Dan proposed to me at sunrise on Moody Beach. It was absolutley perfect and so beautiful! The crew was looking on from the windows of the cottage and took pictures:) Thanks everyone for the great pictures!
